The Gypping in the Marsh PodcastWe are delighted to present a brand new podcast series, all about the unique, historic Lincolnshire village of Gypping in the Marsh. Join our hosts, Dean and Laura, as they discuss all things Gypping in the Marsh - its history, its culture, its traditions, its prominent buildings, its famous inhabitants... this podcast series has it all. Episode 1 - Introduction to Gypping in the MarshDean and Laura introduce us to the delightful Lincolnshire village of Gypping in the Marsh - the cabbage capital of Lincolnshire - and discuss its long and fascinating history, exploring how geography and past events, both local and national, have helped to shape the village that we know and love today. Episode 2 - Hemlock Hall and the Earls of GyppingDean and Laura return to the unique Lincolnshire village of Gypping in the Marsh and discuss one of the village's most iconic buildings: Hemlock Hall, the seat of the Earls of Gypping. As well as exploring the history of the building itself, they delve deep into the story behind the Murray family and discuss how the Murrays came to have such influence over Gypping in the Marsh and its people. Widely regarded as the finest lawyer in Lincolnshire, Welsby has the distinction of being the only lawyer in the county who has never lost his case. Tune in to hear about some of his most interesting cases and how he has become the 'go to' lawyer for anyone in Gypping in the Marsh who finds themselves in legal difficulties.
